GET INVOLVED!

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES

Raise money via sponsorships from local businesses/organizations, donations, sale of items (all with a message of hope). Each donor (above 50 dollars) will be given a 'Project Asha' merchandise item, as a symbol of Hope.

RAISE AWARENESS

Raise awareness via a website, brochures, and have kiosks at local school/university sporting events.

SISTER ORGANIZATIONS

Form an affiliation with an ‘sister organization’ - develop a collaboration with an orphanage school system (Sai Seva Sadan School, NGO, Hyderabad) in Hyderabad, India since we will know for sure that the money being raised will be used for the right reason. Once this is successful and any kinks worked out, we can slowly expand to other communities in India.

OUR HOPE

We hope to also work locally with Morris Grove Elementary School in Chapel Hill, a public school that many of us have a personal connection, to identify one immigrant or impoverished girl per year that could benefit from a scholarship through Project Asha.
